Hey there! I’m Leah Bergman NSSA®, an independent licensed insurance agent who’s all about making insurance easier to understand and less stressful. I help people with Medicare plans, life insurance, long-term care, and even dental and vision coverage. Because I’m independent, I’m not tied to any one company—which means I can focus on finding the right plan for you, not just pushing a product.
I’m also a National Social Security Advisor (NSSA®), so I can help you figure out the best way to make the most of your Social Security benefits. Whether you're turning 65, already on Medicare, or just starting to explore your options, I’m here to help you sort it all out with no pressure and real talk.
I do the work to make your day easy—so you can spend less time worrying about insurance and more time enjoying life.
We have totally enjoyed working with Leah Bergman. She has cut through the maze of confusion that goes with Medicare. She has made it easy and simple, and is always there if I need her help.
Leah has made my life with Medicare easy, just like she said she would. And to top it off, she’s helped me in 3 different states. I feel vey lucky to have her helping me.
Thanks to Leah, I get more benefits that I wasn’t aware of that really help me. I’m so thankful for all of the help she has given me over the years and that she patiently explains it to me and sets it up for me.
Medicare is our country’s federal health insurance program for people age 65 or older. People younger than age 65 with certain disabilities, permanent kidney failure, or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (Lou Gehrig’s disease), can also qualify for Medicare.
You need to enroll in Medicare Part A and Part B during the 3 months before you are 65, unless you or your spouse are working for a company with 20 or more employees and you are covered by that company's group health insurance. If the company has more than 20 employees, you can wait until retirement or when you lose that group coverage.
1. Are you a licensed insurance broker? 2. How much experience do you have? 3. Which companies do you work with? 4. Do you have a follow-up system to ensure that I’m in the best program at any given time?
